№01 · Summary

The short version.

We respect your privacy. We collect only what's needed to make the quiz work, never sell your data, and use cookies for the basic stuff — analytics and affiliate link tracking. You can ask us to delete anything we have on you at any time.

This is the friendly summary. The rest of this page is the formal version that lawyers, regulators, and our affiliate partners need us to write. Read whichever version you prefer — both say the same thing.

№02 · Identity

Who we are.

LaunchStackHub ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at launchstackhub.com (the "Service"). We're an independent tool recommendation platform for founders, solopreneurs, and creators.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website or use our quiz.

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  • Your email address — only if you choose to receive your results by email
  • Any message you send us through our contact form or by email

Information collected automatically

When you visit launchstackhub.com, we automatically receive:

  • Standard log data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
  • Referring URL (which site sent you to us)

  • Government IDs, social security numbers, or sensitive personal data
  • Information from minors under 13 (see Section 09)
№04 · Usage

How we use it.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  1. To run the quiz and generate your personalized tool recommendations
  2. To send you your results by email, if you requested it
  3. To send occasional updates about new features or tools — only if you opt in
  4. To improve our quiz logic and recommendations over time
  5. To understand site traffic and audience behavior through analytics
  6. To detect, prevent, or address fraud and security issues
  7. To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

№05 · Partners

Third parties.

We work with a small number of trusted services to operate the site:

Analytics providers

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Our analytics provider may set anonymous identifiers to count unique visitors.

Affiliate partners

When you click a recommendation link on our site, you may be redirected to a partner website (such as Hostinger, MailerLite, Semrush, Kit, Teachable, GetResponse, Notion, Webflow, Visme, and others). These partners may set their own cookies on your device to track that you came from us.

If you sign up for a paid plan with a partner after clicking our link, we may earn a commission. This costs you nothing extra. See our Affiliate Disclosure for complete details.

Email service provider

If you provide your email address, we store it with a reputable email marketing platform. Your email is never shared with anyone outside our operations.

Hosting & infrastructure

Our website is hosted with Hostinger. They process technical data (logs, server requests) on our behalf to make the site work.

№06 · Tracking

Cookies & tracking.

We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

Essential cookies

Required for the site to work — remembering your quiz progress, language preference, and similar basics. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies

Help us understand how many people visit, which pages are popular, and where visitors come from. The data is aggregated and anonymized.

Affiliate tracking cookies

Set by our partners (not by us) when you click a recommendation link. These let the partner know you came from LaunchStackHub.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

№10 · Updates

Changes to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make material changes (significant changes to how we collect or use data), we'll notify you by email — if we have your address — or by posting a prominent notice on our site at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
